Charles has looked after the communal grounds of an Estate in Woking for a number of years. In my role as a resident director of the resident's management company, I have been directly involved in the decision making for the grounds maintenance and have had the privilege of talking to Charles, both in a formal capacity, and informally during his weekly visits to the Estate.

Charles to the rescue. He came for a viewing and a plan was hatched. Clear all the mess so we can see the wood for the trees (and shrubs and bushes!).

Charles was very enthusiastic when he came to give me a quote for bramble clearance, and I was confident that I had the right person for the job.
He let me know in advance when he would be starting the job, and arrived nice and early, as promised - working through till dusk. Amazingly he nearly finished the job in one day, thanks to his hard work, and finished the job in just over an hour when he returned - only charging a small proportion of his daily fee for the extra time.
I will be using him again next year, to sort it my bindweed problem.
